Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026. By requesting access to and using lumen, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

lumen is restricted to invited members of the festival community who are 18 years of age or older. You must confirm you are 18+ during onboarding. Access is granted at the administrator's discretion and may be declined or withdrawn.

Your account

Accounts are personal. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in link and any AI-connection tokens confidential, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell the administrator promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree to use lumen only for planning your own participation and coordinating with companions, and to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You must not attempt to access other members' private data, disrupt the service, or misuse the schedule or messaging features.

The schedule

The festival schedule shown in lumen is provided for convenience and is maintained by the organisers. It may change. lumen is not the official source of truth for the festival and we do not guarantee that every session, time, or venue is accurate or available.

Availability and changes

lumen is provided "as is" and "as available" for a single festival cycle. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for missed sessions arising from schedule changes, booking conflicts, or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You may stop using lumen and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
